Turnover, move-out, and listing prep

Print this and walk the property. It is a list of what to tell the robot and what to ask the crew. It is not a promise that the work will be done by a listing date.

Tell Green Robot

  • Street address and Rhode Island town
  • The jobs, such as cleanup, mowing, mulch, or leaves
  • Lot size, or say you are not sure
  • How often, if it is not a one-time cleanup
  • Access: gate, lockbox, or whether a tenant is there
  • The move-out or listing date you are aiming for

Ask the crew

  • Are you licensed and insured in Rhode Island?
  • What is included, and what costs extra?
  • When can you start, and who shows up?
  • Will I get the price in writing?

The yard prices page suggests those questions. Green Robot does not say every listing is licensed. A photo in yard chat can suggest work. It is not a price. The office confirms the job, the price, the date, and insurance before anything is booked.
