What Green Robot does
You name the address, the town, and the jobs. The robot calls and emails local shops and brings written quotes back. Crews visit before you accept a price. You pick one, or none. The first price-talk request is free, one per person, with no credit card. Later requests use the plans. Shops are not charged to be called.
Green Robot is not the crew. A quote is not a booking. The office confirms the job, the price, the date, and insurance before work is booked. The site does not offer a portfolio dashboard, consolidated invoices, photo proof, a response-time promise, or an insurance guarantee.

What does Green Robot do for a property manager?

Is there a property-manager contract?

What does the first request cost?
The first price-talk request is free, one per person, with no credit card. After that, pricing lists Monthly at $12 a month or Yearly at $119 a year for the robot’s calls and emails. That is not the crew’s price for the yard work. Shops are not charged to be called.
Will every property get a quote?
No. Shops are independent and some do not answer. The robot asks. The shop decides. The site does not promise a reply time.
Can I send a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the CSV template on this page, fill in address, town, services, and the optional columns, and upload it. You can also type properties one at a time. Towns have to match the town list on this site.
Do you invoice the portfolio or guarantee snow clearance?
No. The site does not offer consolidated billing, a property dashboard, photo proof, or an insurance guarantee. Snow removal can be requested. The yard prices page does not publish a snow price.
