No. Each request contacts 3 pros at the same time, so 3 requests can mean up to 9 calls a month, plus emails. Each call can last up to 5 minutes.
What counts as a request?
One job, like “spring cleanup in Pawtucket”. Each time you hit Start price talk, that is one request, whether the robot calls, emails, or both.
Is the first one really free?
Yes, one per person, no card needed. We tie it to your login email, your phone, and this browser so it stays fair.
Do I have to accept a price?
Never. Crews visit your yard before you accept anything. You choose who, if anyone.
Does the robot text shops or me?
Not yet. Today it calls and emails. Text updates are coming soon.
Do you guarantee a quote?
No. Shops are independent businesses and some do not answer. The robot asks; the shop decides.
Can I add extras on my free request?
No. Add-ons come with a plan. The free request covers 3 pros and calls up to 5 minutes.
How do I cancel?
Open My yard, then Plan & billing, then Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.
Do shops pay you?
Not for this. You pay for the robot's calls and emails. Shops are not charged to be called.
