The service

My Green Robot helps people in Rhode Island find lawn and landscape crews and start a price talk. The robot can rank listings, draft emails and texts, and place a call to a public listing number you pick. We are a directory and a messenger. We are not the contractor. We do not cut grass, prune trees, or guarantee that a crew will show up or honor a number they said on a call.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract. Homeowners use it to ask for quotes. Crews use it to be found or to claim a listing. Do not use it for trades we do not list (plumbing, roofing, electrical, and the like).

No booking until the office confirms

A quoted price, a chat reply, or a “book” button on this site is not a contract for yard work. The office confirms the job, the price, the date, and insurance with you and the crew before work is booked. Discount codes on this site are not valid unless the office issued them in writing.

AI and prices

Chat answers, suggested jobs, and negotiated numbers can be wrong. Dollar ranges are typical Rhode Island figures, not a bid. Photos are used to suggest work, not to promise a price. You still choose the crew.

Calls, emails, and texts

If you check the consent box and hit Negotiate my price, you ask us to contact the crews you marked:

• Calls go to the public phone on that listing. The call may be recorded. The robot will say it is My Green Robot calling for a homeowner.
• Emails and texts are written as drafts. The robot does not send them by itself. A person must send them.

Full rules: Calls and texts. Do not ask us to call a personal cell that is not on the listing. Do not use the robot to harass a crew.

Crew listings

Listing details may come from public Google business information. Stars and review counts belong to Google and can change. If you own a crew, you may claim the listing. A claim is a request, not instant ownership. You are responsible for the work you sell, licenses, insurance, and the quotes you give.

Your content

You keep what you upload (photos, notes, reviews). You give us a license to use it to run the site, contact crews you picked, and show a review you posted. Do not upload photos of children, or anything you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• No scraping or reselling the crew list
• No fake reviews or fake claims
• No sending the robot after people who did not publish a business number
• No malware, spam, or attempts to break the site

Accounts and keys

If you paste a third-party key (for example a Bland key) into the browser, that key stays on your device. You are responsible for it. Rotate any key you pasted in a chat.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that a crew is licensed, insured, or available. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent Rhode Island law allows, we are not liable for the crew’s work, property damage on the job, or a price that changes after a call. If a court finds we owe damages for the website itself, that amount is limited to $100 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is more. Some states do not allow these limits.

Indemnity

If your use of the site (including a call or message you asked us to make) causes a claim, you will defend and hold us harmless, except to the extent we caused it by our own willful misconduct.

Rhode Island law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Rhode Island have venue, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
