What data do you keep, and how do I ask about it?
Updated October 28, 2026
The privacy policy says the site may store the email you give, the yard job, photos and chat, a listing claim, and, if you ask for a call, a summary or transcript from the phone provider. It says it does not ask for a Social Security number, a card number, or a driver’s license to use the directory, and it does not sell personal information.
You can ask what it has on you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Reply to an email from the site and write “privacy,” or send the same ask in yard chat with the email you used. The site may need to confirm it is you.
Leads and jobs stay until you ask for deletion or they are no longer needed to run the directory and confirm work. Do not put card numbers or passwords in yard chat.
