How do I claim a listing?

On the crew desk, if your crew is already on the list, claim it. The page says the card can fill in from that listing.
The privacy policy says a claim stores the name, email, phone, and note you send so the office can check it. The terms say a claim is a request, not instant ownership. Listing details may come from public Google business information.
