Question 1

How do crews join?

Accepted Answer

The crew desk says there are no fees to join. Sign up free with Google. It says that takes about a minute. Claim your listing or add a new one. If you are already on the list, claim it. If not, search again, type it yourself, or add the crew. A work email is required. The site says it does not invent one. A claim is a request, not instant ownership. The Spanish page for crews is at /es/para-jardineros.

Question 2

How do I claim a listing?

Accepted Answer

If your crew is already in the directory, the crew desk says to claim it. Privacy says a listing claim stores the name, email, phone, and note you send so the office can check it. The terms say a claim is a request, not instant ownership. Listing details may come from public Google business information.

Question 3

What is the crew page?

Accepted Answer

The crew desk calls it your free page: a small website for your crew at mygreenrobot.com/pro/…, in English and Spanish, to share with clients. Nothing is public until you turn it on. You need to be logged in to set it up.

Question 4

How do crew leads work?

Accepted Answer

The crew desk says Rhode Island homeowners tell Green Robot what the yard needs. The robot calls shops with the address, the jobs, and who is asking. The crew visits, sends one price, and can win the work. It also says one call covers all of the jobs, and the visit is free before the crew’s price. Only logged-in customers with a name, address, and phone can ask. The robot uses the shop card’s name, phone, email, towns, and jobs when it calls. Homeowners tapping the card show up on the desk, and the crew can copy a recap. Quotes can be sent from the desk, including saved quick prices.

Question 5

What does it cost crews?

Accepted Answer

The crew desk says no fees to join, and the sign-up button says sign up free with Google. Pricing, on the homeowner side, says shops are not charged to be called. You pay for the robot’s calls and emails. That “you” is the homeowner. The crew page on the desk is also described as free. The site does not list a monthly fee for crews.
