The crew desk says “No fees to join” and “Sign up free with Google.” The crew page there is also described as free.
Pricing answers “Do shops pay you?” with: not for this. The homeowner pays for the robot’s calls and emails. Right now, shops are not charged to be called. The site does not list a monthly fee for crews.
