What are add-ons?
Updated October 28, 2026
Add-ons are for plan members. Pricing says you cannot add extras on the free request. The free request covers 3 pros and calls up to 5 minutes.
- +2 shops, so the robot asks 5 pros instead of 3: $1.99
- 10-minute calls: $1.99
- An extra request after your 3 this month: $2.99
They are added to the next bill and capped at $20 a month. Yearly members get 2 free add-ons every month. The terms say unused free add-ons do not roll over.
