What is the refund policy?

What Pricing and the billing terms both say: after you cancel in Manage billing, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Add-ons already used are still billed. Payments run through Stripe.

The billing terms also include a sentence about a request where no shop replies within 7 days. In the terms file that sentence is marked as needing the owner’s confirmation before payments are enforced. This help article does not restate it as a promise. Read the terms page for the current wording.
