What counts as a request?

Pricing says one request is one job, such as “spring cleanup in Pawtucket.” Each time you hit Start price talk, that is one request, whether the robot calls, emails, or both.

A plan includes 3 requests a month. Each request contacts 3 pros at the same time, so 3 requests can mean up to 9 calls a month, plus emails. Each call can last up to 5 minutes. The terms say unused requests do not roll over.
