How does the robot contact crews?

Pricing says one request contacts 3 local pros at the same time, by call and email, and brings the quotes back to you. It does not text shops or you.
The calls and texts page and the terms say calls go only to the public number on a listing you selected, after you check the consent box. The robot says it is My Green Robot calling for a homeowner. Calls may be recorded. If they do not pick up, it may email the public address on file. Texts stay drafts. The robot does not send texts by itself.
The homepage says the robot calls each shop about your yard at most once a week.
