What information should I give?

The homepage says the first step is your address and the jobs you need, such as mowing or edging. It says that takes about 30 seconds.
The same form asks for your email and says it sends one confirmation with every detail. The crew desk says only logged-in customers with a name, address, and phone can ask.
You can also open yard chat and send a photo. The site says an AI reads the photo and suggests the work. That suggestion is not a price. The office confirms before any job is booked.
