Can I change or cancel a request?

To cancel a paid plan, open My yard, then Plan & billing, then Manage billing. Pricing says you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
The public pages do not describe a button that stops a call or email already sent for one request. Set the address and the jobs before you hit Start price talk. If a request is already going out, email jobs@mygreenrobot.com and include the email you used.
